Louis works with owners and office managers at Clifton Park professional practices who need consistent, polished headshots without pulling people away from work for half a day.
Every engagement starts with a short consult call to plan the look, wardrobe and how the images will be used — a website team page, LinkedIn profiles, proposals, press or print. On the day, Louis sets up at your office with hand-painted canvas backdrops and consistent lighting and framing, so a team of two or a team of twenty all match. He coaches posture and expression as you go, with live image review on screen, so each person sees the results in real time and leaves with a headshot they actually like.
Final images are professionally retouched and delivered in web and print sizes, typically within 48 hours. Clients own their image rights, so you can use your headshots wherever you need them, for as long as you need them.
Pricing is simple. Individual sessions are $145 for 30 minutes and 3 retouched images. Teams of 9 or fewer are $125 per person, and teams of 10 or more are $95 per person. A $100 on-location setup fee applies within 25 miles, and on-location team sessions carry a $395 minimum with the setup fee included. Team packages include 6 months of free headshots for new hires, so someone who joins after the session still gets a matching portrait. Headshots are free for nonprofits.
